Spiritual and life coaching combines life coaching techniques to help you define and integrate your unique spiritual path into your daily life. Spiritual and life coaching focuses on your inner world, while life coaching focuses more on practical, external issues (e.g., career, finances, health, etc.). No. I am respectful of different belief systems and principles. My role is to help individuals define and integrate their own spiritual beliefs, values, and practices. I do not represent any particular faith, tradition, or spiritual path. Nor do I incorporate practices or religious readings from any specific faith.

I use life coaching skills and spiritual coaching techniques, including open-ended questions, guided meditations, and visualizations. I do not incorporate other healing modalities, such as Reiki, sound therapy, aromatherapy, etc.

I am a Certified Life Coach (CLC) through the Life Purpose Institute, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Program. ICF-accredited programs align with ICF coaching competencies, and ICF coaches abide by the ICF code of ethics.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Coaching empowers people to come up with their own answers. It is future-oriented, taking clients from where they are to where they want to be.​​

Consulting assumes an area of expertise and gives suggestions, advice, and information. Unlike coaching, the consultant tells the clients what to do rather than guides them to find their own answers.

Therapy is about healing deep emotional issues that usually arise from the past. Therapy also helps individuals who manage mental health illnesses (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.). Coaches are not qualified to provide therapy unless they are licensed to do so.

A minister guides an individual or group to adhere to a particular set of beliefs, values, and practices and is often a figurehead of a specific religion or spiritual path.

Before starting a coaching partnership, we begin with a complimentary consultation to see how I can help you and ensure we are a good fit for the client-coach relationship. If we move forward, we will discuss and agree on the best coaching package for your situation.

Discovery Session

All coaching packages start with a 60-to-90-minute discovery session, during which you will complete different assessments and worksheets in advance. Together, we will identify three to five key areas for improvement. Then, we will set clear goals for each focus area in the next session.

Coaching Sessions

Our remaining time together are 60-minute coaching sessions to help you stay on track, address challenges, and refine your approach.

My coaching packages range from $800 to $2400, depending on your needs. At our clarity session, we will determine which package best fits your needs.
